If you're referring to Ai, I don't think it will come to a stage where it designs the whole stack just yet. Maybe it would, but the current paradigm limits it to existing ideas, or the immediate extensions of them. If it starts to create new programming language, we will most likely notice as humans. So unless the gatekeepers are hiding something, it hasn't reach there yet.
