Imo your rounds are too slow. Someone willing to use your coordinator has to wait for one wholw hour before realizing that there is no enough participants. Why don't you try shorter rounds?
I'll give shorter rounds a try, maybe 20 minutes or 30 minutes?

I would try 20' because I believe you have like 5' for output registration and a few more for signing so, it would be 2 rounds per hour maximum.
