Check if there is any niche where big actors don't care to go. When they do leave immediately and change area. If you are in the US check businesses for sale by old people.
Couldn’t agree more! I’m in the UK but there’s an ageing population here too. And heard similar advice recently along the lines of “run a boring business”, one with low competition but high demand. Thanks!
