I think you pasted a bitcoin wallet bitcoin address, did you set up the lightning node already, opened channels? In lightning node app choose lightning wallet there you create ln invoices. It's easier when connecting Zeus to your umbrel node

I had a lighting channel open and funded but closed it a while back and zeroed it out. I thought the wallet was still there though. I just clicked deposit funds thinking it would generate a blank invoice.

No you would need a couple of channels first and inbound liquidity...
