I went out to one of the freezers today looking for some breakfast sausage. Instead I found this package of Elk Sausage from Tim Love left from the Fall Workshop. I didn't know any was still left and it made my day.

The only one there to here my audible "fuck yea" was Fox the cat who looked at me like I was an idiot. Screw him, no tidbits for Fox!

These will make some amazing mid day "breakfast tacos" with salsa macha after I am done recording the show today. Of course my "tacos" will be Keto AF!
