Currently the average block time is ~12m, but the next adjustment is up ~2%. That seems opposite of what it should be. Beautiful site!

Early estimates are should be ignored. I don’t calculate that metric myself, I get it from mempool space api. I’ve noticed it corrects after a couple days into the new difficulty period. Cheers!
