When you want to improve a situation or environment,

it's very important to define exactly what the real problem is before you start thinking about how to improve it.

Not every complaint and inconvenience is a problem per se.

They may just be different manifestations of endless greed.

No organization, family, or individual can be problem-free - we all walk around with problems.

If you don't define the problem correctly

You'll find yourself struggling to solve one problem, only to end up with another.

There are problems you can let go of.

Some problems you just have to live with.

And then there are real problems that need to be solved.

Is that problem weighing heavily on your mind right now a real problem?

There's no right answer.

It's entirely up to your judgment.
