Which means mould problems galore
Only learning about this from a health perspective having had a recent bad experience to mould exposure

my place here in madeira has it, and the climate makes it pretty likely especially here on the north side, and the way they build the buildings, all closed up, minimal openings, and poorly aligned with the winds and sunshine, my bedroom has a light film of black mold on it, and it grows fairly quickly in the shower
i have a HEPA filter though, and this is a big part of why
