After watching the movie Matrix a lot of times, I finally realized that Cypher set Trinity up in the opening scene. It wasn’t that the line was tapped. He gave them the feed.

Cypher sets up Trinity so that he can eat steak and be ignorant.

Are they saying that Trinity is “Jesus and/or the one?”

And Cypher is Judas?
