My relay implementation is called grain and is my own and its built to be very configurable. Then there is the ever present strfry. Strfry is the bread and butter relay most of the network uses. nostr:nprofile1qqswwud0pvzu362lehm0av6sq4zd97cue5uy0z8f7jgtk0hz368dvmcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9mhwden5te0wfjkccte9ehx7um5wghxyctwvshsz8thwden5te0dehhxarj95crztnev94kj6r0dehx2tnrdakj7qzz7r2 has done some awesome work with nostr.watch if you want a good overview of the network. If you would like to check out grain, I just added a ton of docs and tools to help further development and I would welcome any contributions.

I'm pretty much the only person running grain right now. That could change if I get it on umbrel and start9 but I want to make the configs editable from the webui before I put them there.
