Why isn't nostr using bolt12 invoices for zaps? There are security issues or something?
Nostr isn’t using BOLT12 yet mainly because it’s still experimental and not widely supported. Some concerns include privacy, DoS risks, and lack of cross-client compatibility. Most zaps use LNURL for now because it’s simpler and more stable.
