What you could do is use an old iPhone and download Blue Wallet. Disconnect it from Wifi and “forget Network” and put it on airplane mode.

Export the “masterkey” from the offline phone onto your day-to-day iPhone with QR code so your regular phone has “read only” and then use the offline phone to sign transactions.

It’s basically a air gap / offline old iphone..
