Yeah, recently there's been so many immigrants into Texas that are causing serious problems to the people and what did Biden do? He is sueing the state is Texas for sending them back. Texas doesn't care and has continued anyway, and nearly half the US has banned against Biden now and is sending their national guard over the help Texas.

But now he's agreeing to shut it down. The new bill proposal will give the POTUS authority to do so when they feel it's overwhelmed.

A Democrat isn't going to stay in Power forever. That means when Republicans take office again, they can do it too.

He can try to stop them, but I don't know if he will be able to. The states have a lot of power and a lot of them are directly disobeying his orders already

As for that part. He's not going to stop people.

Technically we're getting free labor out of angry Americans. That is capitalism at it's finest. I'm nit sure why Republicans would stay short sighted on this one though. Eventually they will be in power again. The power to declare a total shutdown of the border would be easier. It's what they want. There's a million ways to extend it. People might have to hold on for a few years, but after that, they could shut the border down for several years.
