I did and it worked fine for a while . Then occasionally happens again. Maybe it’s relays related issue as you think.

Hmm okay, we will try to optimise the flow even more to avoid such issue from happening again.
In regards of used relays, there are plenty, you can use damus relay, nostr band etc.
Zap test on this note… we made six attempts to⚡zap this note, using your lightning address starting with "frostyshadow63129", over a period of about 7 hours. All six attempts were successful. Please check on your end to be sure you received. Average zap time was 6558ms (6.6 seconds). We consider this zap time slow... generally, zaps should complete in under two seconds. (Other Nostr users might think your zaps are broken, might not zap you again.) If you wanted to speed up your zap confirmations, you could try receiving zaps with a well-connected, cloud-based Lightning node.
