How it feels using an exchange that sells shitcoins

I had a coworker tell me how he likes to read all the coin descriptions and see what the project seems most exciting before making a decision.
He also told me he was bummed he missed out on Apecoin. Or something like that.
Na, man... it feels much worse. If I knew about all the security risks back then, I never would've even considered them an option.
Even Bitcoin only exchanges--if they KYC--have that smell.
