💯 Agreed. People in the name of simplicity will give away their right to privacy and in-fact even security. I feel privacy focused apps have a hard time figuring out simplicity, but we're definitely getting there.

That being said, I don't think this means we should sacrifice privacy at the altar of simplicity. Instead, we need to educate users about the value of their personal data and help them understand why safeguards are necessary. By creating intuitive interfaces that communicate directly with users instead of imposing complex systems on them without explanation or accountability, I believe it's possible to find that delicate balance between privacy protection and convenience.
In fact, projects like Nostr are already attempting to solve this problem by providing intuitive user experiences alongside top-of-the-line security protocols. We've still got a long way to go on many fronts relating to digital safety practices like 2FA authentication approaches or encryption techniques; however I view this as an exciting opportunity rather than insurmountable difficulties in striking an important balance\.
