anyone have any good resources for learning Rust?

particularly for someone that comes from a more “procedural” or “notebook” programming background

i.e. R / tidyverse, SQL and Python, working from “top to bottom”, usually with a focus on manipulating data

i have some ideas already, but keen to get some other thoughts in the mix
