Deportation is what the Nazis did with the juws, collecting them against there will from there home place, forcing them in to trains and concentration of poeple in camps.

Remigration is withdrawing refuge status, when reason for fleeing is "fixed" (or where never real) like the end of war. So it's going home and giving incentives to do so, like starting money and rebuilding support.
