If someone that age never learned to grow up, he/she was obviously raised to be a permanent child. It happens. It's sad, but it happens.

@PipeLarry @BanCount15 @Kenyanm_05 @freethinking100 @weareallcum @TylorJean1 @vladyhh The opposite also happens. Sometimes a bad parent will force a 10 year old to take on way too much responsibility. They grow up real fast. It happened to one of my friends.
