Doesn’t quite fit the definition. It’s mainly a one way street for money.
I could concede it’s a type of investment but at this point it’s among the worst.
It is a bad investment, that doesn't make it not an investment. The entire thing is sold as an investment, you will make more money than you will borrow, so just take the loan kid.
I guess that’s why I don’t see it as an investment. A lot of people will just become debt slaves and never have an actual ROI.
