Replying to Avatar Brisket

I remember getting bad cramps in my right leg driving to Murra & pulling over at a pharmacy in a small town.

I grabbed a bottle of magnesium & the cramps were gone within 15 mins.

I got this powder the other day. Working wonders on my sleep. Not sure if placebo effect but after a week Iā€™m feeling more positive. šŸ‘šŸ»
