I’ve read about them - seems similar to what we are doing but not quite sure of how they are doing the follows+follows part (seems a bit different than filter from my limited experimentation).

We don’t broadcast to or read from paid relays as a general rule. Also, we generally avoid aggregators since we ourselves are an aggregator so we would be throwing out duplicates constantly.
