Is there a way to mass follow a bunch of plebs on nostr?

About a year ago I followed like 200 people in one click. It was a website, but I forgot the name. Think I signed in and signed using my Alby account, which was cool. It was to collect a badge for contributing to Spirit of Satoshi. There was a button there to follow everyone who also has the badge. Which I pressed, not know what it would do.
Think I saw something like this a while ago. Hence why I was asking to see if there was something like a list that you could just one click follow. Chucking it out into the aether. Maybe someone will build it
