If they ban mining all mining goes underground like it happened in Iran and China and they get ZERO 🙂.
Also of they overtax it. People don't care about shitty governments laws they'll just mine away. Sometimes with accomplices in corrupt governments. The incentives are too big. Whenever they cross the line, all goes underground.
once gov see the honey in most corrupt places they will prevent common people by law while they will enjoy it - introduce licensing own family n friends
