just watched someone pay with apple pay. took 2 seconds. the guy didn't even pause the convo he was having with his friend. one motion, done.
nfc is the way. eliminate all decision points. no qr scanning, no pin entry, no fee verification, no online connection requirements.
I'd want to check that what I'm paying is correct and the cashier didn't accidentally add a zero to the bill.
