1. Buy from the freshest sources with the healthiest cows. Research White Oak Pastures. They freeze immediately after butchering. Pastured. Grass fed. Happy and healthy.

2. Thaw just before eating and eat immediately. Freezing kills many pathogens; this is how they do it with sushi. Ground comes in well vacuum sealed packages, too.

3. Drizzle in olive oil and apple cider vinegar: this will increase your stomach acid while you enjoy. Garnish heavily with chives or green onion. Season with full mineral salt liberally.

4. If concerned, do an ivermectin parasite cleanse once or twice a decade.

The risks are low, the benefits are huge, and it's absolutely delicious.
