When sending to an address you own consider the size of the transfer (UTXO). Greater than 0.01 at a minimum.

In other words, keeping some relatively small bag (0.1) on CB or River or Strike or Swan or CashApp is fine. Use as staging or as a buffer if you had to sell quick.
