Is there a user friendly video/tutorial for people to migrate to graphaneos? I have no clue how to setup an android phone that way

My non tech, antimaximalism, no laser eyes wife moved from iphone to #grapheneos, she enjoys the big brother off switches and having a good time. So I'm sure you guys can handle the installation process, the only caveat is that you need a Google pixel phone
Does it matter which pixel? 7a seems to be on a huge discount
