No sure if that's legit but, some senators have been picking on him some nice FTX and now with the ETF denials. Wouldn't surprise me there was an investigation.

I guess this guy is feeling the pressure? I won’t believe he will resign until it actually happens.

Well if anything, I doubt their will be actually be repercussions for anything he did besides stepping down and getting some plush job elsewhere.
