Huh, reminds me of a setup I once saw where a guy was able to deploy wasp spray at a distance. Theoretically spray paint or expanding foam could be applied in a similar fashion
Dewalt or Milwaukee have some nice battery powered sawzalls. But really any modern brand will do. Get some good diablo metal cutting blades.
You want a battery powered angle grinder. Brand of your choice just invest in some good blades.
