Yes and I've been saying this for a long time. The EU is basically the only "nation" which has been expanding it's territory by simply purchasing countries (along the Russian border) with their counterfit € money. Putting Russian in an awkward position. It's just a matter of time before the EU forces Russia to defend themselves.
