#til Today I learned that coconut milk in the can from the supermarket solidifies into a hard wax in the refrigerator

there must be a lot of coconut fat in it, i didn't know this... i just got it for the high potassium levels and flavor

yes, you can mix it with some peanut butter and cocoa for a nice chocolate mousse alternative

there must be heaps of other recipes using it but that's the one i know (and love)

ah man i hate chocolate mousse lol, the smell makes me want to ralph

but yeah, this coconut milk in the solid form, mixed with frozen bananas would be amazing ice cream... banana flavored, or you could add cacao and it's banana split flavour
