New icon is cool. Possible to have another state of the icon? "Hole-punched" if you are following them but they're not following you back, and completely filled if you are both mutually following each other?

It might confuse things a bit. The goal for the icon is to let you know you are seeing who you think you are seeing to avoid replying to DMs of people pretending to be your friend by using the same name + image to steal from you.
