Meditation definitely helps me to gauge where my head is at based on my ease/difficulty in pushing thoughts aside. Even if I dont get to take a sizeable chunk of time IN meditation, I know where I stand. This helps to bring awareness and non-reaction Ive noticed

I try to get in 10 to 20 minutes a day. Every now and then go for a longer session. It’s one of those things that helps across the board for me.
