Hmm couldn't find it but I was having issues logging in with Alby 🤷🏻‍♂️

top left 3 dash- settings-backup for iris

you can login to iris with any npub and download their list too, or click on their profile page to copy it to your list

also under social network you can adjust to view follows of follows and on etc
