maybe it just had some latency and it would have shown up if I waited? not sure how all this stuff works on a deep level yet

The weird thing was that my profile was blank in other apps which doesn't sound like just a latency issue
I frequently switch between different clients, but have not experienced any data loss. Which clients have you logged into
