I did. It describes a system of taxation where you choose how much tax to pay, and then you are forced to sell your property. if you choose not to pay you lose your property.

Doesn’t sound voluntary to me.

How is this enforced? Via the violence of the state?

You are confused. You want “voluntaryism” enforced by mandatory taxation, property confiscation, an international police force, and state violence.
