If I do these, in some order, my day is set up for success.

The morning excercises give me energy and boost for the day, also some dopamine.

Of course coffee is unskipable.

Learning gives me the 1% a day.

Morning coding is good, because my mind is fresh in the morning, and I am striving to reach a personal business, therefore I don't want to spend my best hours to a company. Of course I do my best there as well, but if I want to reach my goal, I have to put in the extra hours.

Added bonus is, that after work, I reached so much, that I feel really good, and can code more, or spend time with family. Also usually after work, time passes by so quickly. You do barely nothing but it gets late quite quickly.

- getting up finally

- thinking about laying back down

Im not a morning person 🙃

I wasn't a morning person either, then I decided I will be 😅. I read from lot of people that getting up early helps them. So I thought I will give it a shot.

I usually try to go to sleep early and get up early. The end result is similar in the number of hours per day, but I feel somehow more energized and more rested from going sleeping earlier. Also I feel I have a bit of more time because I using my time a bit better at the end because of the well-restedness.

There is no better feeling than the silence and peace you feel first thing in the morning.

I also tried to do fiat mine in the morning. That is also lovely. Noone is there to bother you with meetings 😂

Just grab a coffee and fix some bugs 💜

Yes, anything that requires concentration is ideal to do in the morning (for me)

Have you thought about meditation?

Yes, some days I alternate workout with meditation, or after a walk with the doggy 🐶
