If I was raising my own stock or was able to barter with a rancher near me, I'd eat a lot more meat. Unfortunately, it's so unaffordable.
So I keep an extremely low carb diet and eat whatever meat I can afford to buy.
This has kept me within my a1c targets and I got off of insulin and diabetes meds.
But the system wants us sick, Therefore access to meat will keep getting harder and harder.
I'm having to supplement with iodine because of not being able to afford eating fish and I'm not on the coast.
Iodine has been helpful on keeping me functional.
