If you want to do sovereign zapping, at this time Id recommend either self hosted Alby Hub or LNbits with nwc support.
Afaik, there are no other robust solutions that can handle it.

cashapp, fountain, strike, primal, wallet of satoshi, zebedee - all custodial, and none of these offer nwc.
coinos, minibits - custodial, and limited support for nwc.
We gotta stop swimming against the current.
Don't know how I managed it, but currently zaps being sent from my node through NWC on my Alby Hub is working slick and quick today. 🤌
