So ya know I got all this vanilla extract going… but I don’t think I’ve mentioned that I have several different vanilla sugars as well…

We don’t really use n e thing other then vanilla sugar for baking…

What is this vanilla sugar you speak of?

You take an air tight container and put some sugar of your choice in and put "spent" (vanilla beans used to make extract) beans in it.

Every couple of days you move the sugar and beans around (as to avoid making large clumps). After a bit you have sugar infused with vanilla.
