Tfw an airline gives you travel credit, but you can’t simply enter the code on the app when buying a new ticket to apply the credit. You have to call them and the automated call system asks you a billion stupid questions only to let you know that there is a 35 min wait for the next available agent.
They make it as hard as possible 🙄
