So you just got your first order of Peony Lane.

You held Bitcoin through the last bear market.

You deserve a glass.

WAIT.

Sit back down.

This wine needs a minute.

Shipping is hard on wine.

The temperature swings alone can mess with it. But the real problem is the shaking.

My wines are unfined and unfiltered. That means they’ve got sediment in them—and that sediment gets stirred up in transit. It changes the texture, clouds the appearance, and dulls the wine.

Even wines I know by heart taste off right after shipping, but hey come back after a few days of rest.

Here’s what to do:

Let the bottles sit upright in a cool, dark place for at least 3 to 7 days. No fridge or cellar needed, but you have to be patient.

Then open one.

You’ll see why the wait was worth the wait.

Love yours homie, but you can't put too many stickers in your packages 🫔

that was a test

I see you know your stickers

Have been mostly lurking up until late

These ā€˜info’ posts have been getting increasing good šŸ¤™

You should tag them some clever way to use them as a resource. Maybe can link a QR code on the back of a bottle to a tips guide…

Just spit balling. But everything you’ve posted I have learned šŸ‘Š

Best things come from… Wait!

Let that real wine have a rest.

Gratified delayed šŸ‘Œ

Great to know!

Also, wish there was more of Satoshi’s Reserve. But this has taught me about absolute scarcity

I'll have a new vintage, but it'll be a completely different wine

Satoshi's Reserve seems to be quite hard to come by these days šŸ‘€

Been sold out for at least 6 months

I was about a month late when I found out about it. I’ll keep an eye out for the next one šŸ¤ŒšŸ½

Next vintage is going to be incredible

I hope to add a few to my collection.

Satoshis reserve is the best wine name I ever heard

Thank you! Wine was good too

When will you do international shipping?

likely never. the regulatory headache is nothing compared to the logistical headache to ship wine across an ocean without it getting hot or cold
