He said it in an interview with NYMag. I don’t know why he didn’t say it today. What did he gain by not saying it?

That makes sense. I also wonder if he is thinking about the eth market chaos that would ensue. Maybe he doesn’t want to deal with the blowback so he’ll let the courts settle it.

No, doesn’t look good. Wonder whats the real reason for it. Maybe it can’t be answered with yes or no without additional explanations. Maybe he has to justify why they didn’t do more about it, if the answer is yes…I would really like to know his thoughts at this moment.

He is trying to avoid confrontation. If he says yes, he will be questioned why he has not taken any action on it
