You should be able to set up Nitter with your own Twitter account but I believe that's a breach of TOS so Elon will probably start crying over your API "abuse" and shut you out. If he doesn't throw you out, you'll definitely get rate limited. The only way this works is to buy access to a lot of API req's which probably will be pretty expensive.
