Total sincerity in my relationships, I will never say something just to please you.

I've always been more or less like this, but Ray Dalio reinforced this point in me with his book.

How has this affected my life? Well, I discovered that a lot of people hate sincerity lol

Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed.

Friedrich Nietzsche

Almost always 🤣🤣

But does the truth matter anyway? 😂 People hear what they want to hear, even when the words spoken tells a different story.

🤣🤣 true

But I guess, at the end, you expect this in return as well, or? And this way, you will find such minded people, so could get you a nice outcome.

I think it can be a common problem, to be a people pleaser, which way you will get friends most probably, but will you get those friends you want, or no? That would be an interesting question to ask.

You're right, I expect total sincerity in return. This way you will have few friends but good and almost always trustworthy friends.

live within ur means !

Present moment: Awareness, equanimity, letting go.

Allowed me to develop the awareness of the reality within and become more calm/ less reactive.

Took a leap of faith learning this technique over a 10 day silent meditation retreat. For me the results have been convincing enough to keep with it.

Was it a Vipassana course? (I am not sure if I spell it correctly)

Yes, it was Vipassana.

Cool! I was also thinking doing it. I tried to do meditation as well with less success so far.

How does this, what you have learned, help you in an everyday situation? E.g.: in a stressful situation

Doing the course was significant for me. I can give you my perspective but it really needs to be experienced.

It helped me learn how to meditate and understand meditation is natural for human beings to do. I learned about the common misconceptions of what we think meditation is.

Developed awareness of the reality within (energies/sensations) how to observe this, stay equanimous in the moment with it and allow it to release, this process helps develop a calm mind, less reactivity in yourself. Learned how this reactive process is happening constantly and how the habit pattern of the mind is to react which causes more suffering/ tension and how to start the process of stopping this habit for the good of yourself and those around you.

There was so many more insights, realizations and learnings as well.

I would highly recommend doing a course if you have interest in this.

If you have any other questions let me know. I can provide a link to an org who does these courses on a volunteer run basis, donation only value for value ( many locations)

✌️

Thanks!

Nothing is achieved if there's no discopline. If someone promises you a product, result or profit and she/he doesn't need you to be disciplined, he/she probably tries to scam you.

It's important because, without that, I would have never found bitcoin in the first place
