Nostr now has a way to let users award other users badges (awards) for whatever reason. You can choose to accept or reject any badge. If you accept it, the client (in this case NostrGram) should let you choose which badges to display on your profile and in what order.

No. Nfts are intended for sale and to be transferable. Badges are just awards given to people for whatever reason. More akin to what reddit does but not exactly like that either.
I dont know what is yet, but i like it 👌🏻👍🏻
