Everything except video conferencing and online/shopping, unless you shop somewhere that takes sats (shipping is always an issue to some degree) currently its on version 0.3.5.3 and primarily uses Tor network for most things and I pair mine with a VPN. 0.4 (No ETA) release will be able to interact with clearnet in a secure manner. I don't the specifics on how they plan to do that yet.
