it is actually not about the language but rather a VM that has some sort of std environment including relays and nostr stuff syscalls that can be easily ref and used to do stuff people want. the language can be compiled to wasm and executed in the browser. in that sense, the code should be put as a special event kind and stored on the nostr. eventually, we will have a plugin ecosystem where the code can be verified since the code events have signatures on them and people can choose the author they trust to load and run their code. it is like a new web system with a built-in decentralized app store.
