I don't think he should be considered for release. Punishment should fit the crime, and the state has obligations to communicate the gravity of a crime.

But I will pray for him to repent and receive the Sacraments before he dies, whenever that is.

I pray this for everyone, but I'm praying extra-hard, for him.

At the moment, he's in a much worse situation, than Charlie, after all. Charlie is home.
